Automatically add trackers from URL

Suggestion

It would be nice to have the ability to add trackers from an URL and not just entered manually.
This one's from GitHub and looks to be updated regularly so I suppose it ought to qualify:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ngosang/trackerslist/master/trackers_all.txt
If implemented, it should be updated every hour or so.

Use case

In my case, mainly for use with Radarr/Sonarr so that I won't have to either add manually, or update the list manually.
But I suppose many others could very much benefit from this, and in the process perhaps help people use other trackers than the ones set from the Torrent files, which sometimes aren't adequate.
