What is the problem?

speed in title bar does not reflect the actual speed in program. It is very different. If the torrent is going at 20MBps, the title bar shows a different speed.

This is due to the different update interval.

What is your interval? Try setting the interval in the advanced settings section to 2000ms.

transfer list refresh interval is set to 1500 ms

This is the default value, try changing it. If it doesn't help, the problem is somewhere else.

The speeds in transfer list are 5 sec rolling averages (per torrent of course) from libtorrent IIRC. The speed in title bar (and status bar) are calculated differently, i don't remember how.
