Add double click option to open program from system tray icon. Double click is "security" measure that prevents programs from opening if accidently one click is applied somewhere on desktop or Start/system tray.

Single click or double click in the system tray is more of a preference choice than choice based on technical merits.
And since the project uses single-click from its birth I am not interested in changing it now.

Not a problem, but as I've said, double click behavior is a secure measure
of preventing of opening any software by accident.
