edid: Fix clock of Detailed Timing Descriptor

The clock field is 16-bits in EDID Detailed Timing Descriptor, but
edid_desc_timing assumed it is 32-bit. Write the 16-bit value if it fits
in 16-bit. Write DisplayID otherwise.
