proj-based custom projections should be avoided and turned into wkt instead (qgis/QGIS#37212)

? It is "Save Features As..." in QGIS 3.12 on Ubuntu 18.04 - sorry, did not see your comment before I responded. I am not opposed to changing this, but I think it can wait (I guess this is spread all over the place, so could better be fixed in a batch).
