Since now the OTB provider plugin is an external third-party plugin, shouldn't at least also the configuration, settings and compatibility parts be removed and a link to the document https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/CookBook/QGISInterface.html be inserted (transferring the settings part in such document)? |

Also slightly adjust third-party providers usage with Processing. However, this does not describe the new way (if any) people could make OTB algorithms work in QGIS.
Because of the cleanup, I also plan to backport this PR (minus the first commit as OTB is still in 3.34).
