"OWS" connections in browser panel are not working

When using OWS connection items in the browser panel connection don't load their content when clicked.

@Samweli there is already a ticket about it, and I think it was already planned (or done) to remove the "ows" thing.

@Samweli it is odd because I can't find the ticket where I recall having the discussion about the "OWS" thing also with @nyalldawson and we agreed to remove it, as it is completely broken (on 3.10.1 WMS and WFS connection do not work/expand at all in this group).
