Identifty tool does not work anymore on arcgis map services layers #41311

@user2k right... but the question is... what exactly is the identify tool returning (in QGIS < 3.16) considered that the layer is imagery? It seems to me that the returned info is always the same regardless of where I click. |
In this sample project there is one polygon with data from esri, i've made sample project with public layer, but i've got more complex data at work, and in 3.14 identify tool requests all features below cursor (as objects), and 3.16 does not. update: i've checked, in sample project there are more polygons (and 3.14 identify all of them) attaching jpg |
So it fetches the tile data. Code was reworked, we'll have to see if the issue still stands in 3.18. |

Describe the bug
On "QGIS | 3.16.3-Hannover | 94ac9f2" identify tool (ctrl-shift-i) cant query object data from arcgis map services layer.
Same project on "QGIS | 3.14.16-Pi | df27394", working fine and identifing arcgis objects.
How to Reproduce
Open attached project in qgis 3.16.3
Ctrl-shift-i and then click on map gives nothing
Open attached project in qgis 3.14.16
Ctrl-shift-i and then click on map query arcgis world imaginery object and open identify dialog
