What is the bug or the crash?

Screenshot says it all:

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Add a layer with array field types
  2. Open the layer properties dialog, go to the attribute forms panel
  3. Notice absence of icons

Versions

All versions affected.

Supported QGIS version

  • I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.

New profile

  • I tried with a new QGIS profile

The icon SVGs were added in this PR already (#47052).
