Label Rotate Tool uses wrong rotation point for preview by Offset from poin placement mode

What is the bug or the crash?

For label placed with mode "Offset from Point" the preview shown by the label rotate tool use the wrong rotation point if the quadrant is different than AboveRight

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open attached project
2. Digitize one point
3. Rotate the label wit Rotate a label tool
