Feature description

I'm new to QGIS and was looking for a portable version/windows installation without administrative rights.
Since the QGIS standalone installer requires administrative rights and the QGIS website does not provide instructions for portable installations, I googled for "qgis portable windows" and found a number of old links 123 with different instructions how to make QGIS portable but no official documentation.

I finally found the MingW64 Windows 64bit Builds which are created for every pull request and found it's as simple as unzip and launch QGIS.exe.

So my feature request is to provide these builds not only for every pull request but also for official releases along with some documentation on the Downloads page how to use them.

Additional question: Are there MingW64 Windows autobuilds which are identical to the release versions? At the moment I ended up with some development version which seems to run fine, but I would still prefer to use the official releases.

I now found that the OSGeo4W installer does not require elevated rights to install QGIS. I would suggest to add this information to the downloads page.
