Allow more control over sort order in attribute table

• Adds a new button to control the sort order with an arbitrary expression
• Saves the sort order configuration persistently
• Allows disabling sort order (current default, useful for performance issues on large tables)
• Allow setting the display expression as sort order (shortcut action from the form view feature list preview expression combo box)
