When a queue is inserted in the whole_queues list within qtopconf.yaml, all the cores of the node associated with the queue get assigned

this works visually correctly, and it is what was requested, but I come to realise that it goes against the meaning of -rrparameters. So, I'd suggest to either document it working without -rr OR:

• suppress the effect when fi. -rrr is defined (let's pick whichever approach is more sensible)
