I just downloaded the Quackle update from July 22nd 2019 (Quackle Version 1.0.4 Released). In the settings, only OWL3 was listed under Lexicon (and none other listed in the dropdown). To add NWL18, I noticed there was a .dawg file in Resources/data/lexica directory but when I tried to point Quackle to it, it wouldn't allow me to point to within the Quackle application. So I downloaded the source code .zip file of Quackle and linked to the .dawg file within there. So now the words are being correctly validated but the probabilities don't seem to be.

The championship player's results are all 100%:

And the sim's are all 0%:

And this is also the case in the championship player Full Game Report:

Except weirdly there are 2 or 3 turns with percentages looking correct:

I noticed that there is no corresponding nwl18 strategy directory in the strategy directory. But there is a default so it seems like it's okay not to have a specific one. Is this a bug or am I forgetting some intermediate step?
