The major changes in this release are:
- MathJax: automatic equation numbering to allow for cross-referencing.
- No longer support Google Analytics. This is an unnecessary bloat.
- Remove the search bar. Currently, we cannot get the search facility to search through the entire site. Might restore the search facility after we have figured out how to properly do search.
- Since the search bar is removed, we might as well remove the top bar to save some screen estate.
- The TOC by default shows only the chapter title. If a chapter or one of its sections is active, then the chapter and its sections are shown. All other chapters are collapsed to only the chapter titles.
