Add sanlock Support for LVM2 (lvmlockd)

Please add support for "sanlock" with the LVM2 package, specifically lvmlockd... it appears this requires the sanlock software package (https://www.ovirt.org/develop/developer-guide/vdsm/sanlock/) and using the "--enable-lockd-sanlock" when building LVM2. It appears lvmlockd supports both dlm and sanlockd simultaneously and can be controlled with a parameter at run-time, but that needs to be confirmed.
