Sync pom.xml snippets with the latest version of generated application using
quarkus-maven-plugin:create.I have added
generate-codeandgenerate-code-testsgoals into getting-started and maven-tooling, mainly for consistency reasons. Atm those goals are used by grpc, so if you want to remove those additions from my PR I won't object.My original goal was just to add
<extensions>true</extensions>as that's what I spotted when comparing sample aps generated with 1.7.6. vs. 1.11.0.
