Updated all OIDC docs with the information about how OIDC endpoints are discovered/configured plus a few minor oidc client doc updates (do not use
keycloak.urlas one user got affected after missing one of the path segments there) as well as replaced*with-at the start of the doc, with*it is not formatted well
