Support platform IT tests in IntegrationTestUtil.determineBuildOutputDirectory(url) #23081

This will help determining the build output directory for QuarkusIntegrationTests in the Quarkus platform testsuite.

Related to the platform CI failure reported in quarkusio/quarkus-platform#437 (comment)
