I think we should rename this title of the PR as it ends up in release notes.

It's perfectly fine to mention that the PR is useful for technical writers to show them how to do upstream work, but let's not have that in the title

Merging now, as we'll be making incremental improvements, which will likely bring us back to this doc at some point.
