  1. InjectMock should not mock an intercepted subclass

    - it should mock the implementation class instead, i.e. the bean class,
    return type of a producer method, etc.
    - also use BeanManager#isQualifier() to detect qualifiers of an
    InjectMock/InjectSpy injection point
