Documenting some intuition about how
ODBCSYSINIis handled, as some sort of playing with that envvar (and ensuring it's respected with installs from source) seems to address a good chunk of issues with the odbc -> nanodbc -> unixODBC link. Closes #761, related to #709, #541, #533, #507, #341.
