This PR removes the transitfeeds.com API functions. Development has moved to database.mobilitydata.org where it's stated that no new API keys for transitfeeds.com can be generated. The outdated feedlist dataset is also removed.
I updated the introduction vignette which now includes links to transit.land and MobilityData. There's notes on how to use MobilitData's csv feed list. Also, there's still a map with feed locations.
