mariadb_config is broken #89

This makes no sense:

mariadb_config.exe --libs
# -L/mingw64//lib/mariadb -lmariadb

Should yield something like this:

-lmariadbclient -lssl -lcrypto -lcrypt32 -lgdi32 -lz -lws2_32 -pthread

I vaguely remember I have reported this upstream before. Perhaps it's fixed in mariadb-connector-c 3.x
