Missing tools in Tools menu #142

I have noticed the following problems with the tools:

  • Qucs-attenuator is missing in binary distribution but present in the source tree
  • Qucs-transcalc is missing in source tree; it make sense to backport it from Qt4 Qucs
  • Qucs-Rescodes was removed from Qucs and Qucs-S distributions around 2016 but the menu point still present
  • Qucs-powercombining is missing; backport from Qt4 Qucs

I have imported transcalc and removed remains of rescodes by the recent commit on current branch. Closing this.

The powercombining tool is also missing. It's need to port it to Qt5 and include to the Qucs-S distribution.

I have backported the powercombining tool from the latest Qucs Qt4 git. Now it should be available in the next Qucs-S release.
