Add amiquip Rust client to devtools #738

Hi! I'm the author of amiquip, and was wondering if it could be added to the devtools list of third-party clients. The biggest difference between it and lapin is that lapin is written for futures, and amiquip is not; there are several other less significant differences, of course.

Thanks!

We usually add clients that we see used in the community but Rust is a relatively young ecosystem and you have outlined the differences, which can be important. Let's accept this 👍

Also I suggest that you announce this library on rabbitmq-users ;)
