Removes the
null_data_source resource. And bumps terraform version to 0.13.7 in preparation to bringing it all the way to current 1.1.x.Reason for Change(s):
null_data_source is deprecated.

No, but updated as
examples/custom_ami.tfas well asexamples/custom_cw_agent_config.tfdid not work as expected. Updated the pinned modules to more recent releases.
