.tmp files not deleting after rake radiant:update #283

After updating RC3 to the latest edge and running bundle exec rake radiant:update. Within the config/environments directory :

If a config has not been modified from the default then a .tmp version is created but not deleted.
If a config has been modified from the default then a .tmp version is created and replaced by the .bak file as expected.

This only seems to occur with test.rb, development.rb and production.rb
