Render license URL for non-SPDX licenses #28

Would it be possible, on the collection-level pages, to make stac-browser pull the license URL from links if the license isn't registered in SPDX (see https://github.com/radiantearth/stac-spec/blame/dev/collection-spec/collection-spec.md#L34).

Here is an example collection (https://cognition-disaster-data.s3.amazonaws.com/NOAAStorm/hurricane-barry@storm/catalog.json) which you can also view in stac-browser (https://cognition-disaster-data.netlify.com/?t=catalogs).
