Sirepo simulation (make your own copy and start simulating!)

https://beta.sirepo.com/elegant#/source/4evh7EQk

Status of the example, as implemented in Sirepo for cloud computing

The run.ele and par.lte files were imported.
The latter resulted in a request to upload a dynamically generated file, which is not possible.
See [GitHub issue #959](https://github.com/radiasoft/sirepo/issues/959)
Unfortunately, the simulation cannot run -- it gets 'bad gateway' errors.

Explanatory notes

Example of simple chromaticity correction with two families.
We also illustrate use of saving/loading a parameter file to bring the chromaticity solution into a new run.

Example by M. Borland, ANL.

Running from the command line
