Time for a change

I'm about to apply some changes:

• Split Vagrant and Docker stuff into separate subfolders
• Split Docker into a Docker base and multi Docker sub projects (like a ipython notebook one) that can
  specialise without limiting each other.

People happy with the current situation should use 0.2.

Time for our first release!

Trusty is released, everything seems to work as intended, so why not make a release?
