Getting Started With Windows

Skin Composer can be installed as an executable or run from a JAR file. It's compatible with 32/64 bit Windows from Windows Vista and up.

Installing Skin Composer

• Download the latest skin-composer-windows.zip from the releases page
• Extract the zip and run the SkinComposerInstaller.exe
• Click install and follow the on-screen prompts.

Running Skin Composer from JAR File

• Download and install Java JDK 10 or later: Official JDK 10 or OpenJDK
• Download the latest skin_composer.jar from the releases page
