Add suggested time limits to each page in teacher training #438

It can be hard to pace. Set a time limit (1 hour? 1.5hours?) and recommend an approximate amount of time to spend on each page.

Super bonus: made an integrated timer that counts down that amount of time and ends with a subtle message to keep moving, maybe.
