[DESCRIBE ISSUE HERE]

Hello, I am trying to use the impersonate feature of "Level up" but I don't have the list of users. I cannot pick any user to impersonate (Microsoft Dynamics).

Thank you

@rajyraman Is this a Denial of Service Attack?

What is wrong with the people that keep opening the same issue for impersonate?

@BetimBeja - I think I should add this https://twitter.com/DynamicsNinja/status/1426091615144271876?t=nN5NHv6yw9sSQ1pTr8NCRw&s=19 as a known issue in docs, until I have to time to figure this one out.

I am watching the repository, and everytime I see a new issue with Impersonate I think:
[Ironic Mode ON] Finally someone with more info on how to excactly replicate the bug in a consistent way
[Ironic Mode OFF] The problem is that the issues tab is filled with the same bug by different people, and they are not even adding any specific detail to their usecase.

@AdaSall the free support team has just found a way to replicate the bug and a solution. My message was not personal to you. Also I hope that you reach our level of expertise (we are regular people like you, by the way) pretty fast so you can be helpful and give a hand when you can.
My personal opinion (and it is not related in any way to you, since I don't even know you 😄 ):
Open Source does not equal Free Support. Open Source means you are free to use and improve what we create,

@rajyraman @BetimBeja it might be a good idea setting up a default issue template emphasizing searching about preexisting issues before raising new ones....

With that said @AdaSall , no one here superior to anyone else... the issue is that how OpenSource software was understood in the early days of OpenSource has nothing to do to what OSS has become today, unfortunately.

Open Source was born at a time where most software was only proprietary software, and there was no way to tweak software to your own needs unless reverse engineering it (which, btw is illegal).

Today we can distinguish two big families of open source:

    1. corporate open source: which is nothing but a market penetration strategy by corporations, with paid employees, and
    1. "idealistic" open source : amazing and beautiful OSS crafted by individuals out of their own passion to do so.... and on their spare time most of the time...

This is quite an oversimplification but my point is: because of 1) the community is accustomed to use GitHub as a place to raise free "support" tickets as opposed to use GitHub really in the true spirit of OpenSource: collaboration.

This project I believe belongs to the second family so collaboration, and mutual respect, is encouraged.
