GUI: Add analysis Settings dialog

The affordance-constraints logic is put in place
to prevent invalid setups.
Prime-implicants, probability and importance analysis settings
are made available.

GUI: Connect Run action to RiskAnalysis::Analyze

The analysis is performed in another thread,
and there's an active wait dialog
preventing the modification of the model
while the analysis is in progress.

The retrieval of analysis reports is not implemented in this commit.
