Updated vendored dependencies with latest.
rancher/rancher#24902
Also tested out the docker-compose.yml and rancher-compose.yml transformation and now it adds the apps/v1 and other k8s 1.16 constructs. Also was able to launch the stack on a running k8s 1.16 cluster.
