Demo test application:
https://github.com/Cazra/mean-seed

Description of issue:
When I open Augury to try to debug my Angular 2 MEAN stack application, it always produces the following error:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'declarations' of undefined

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build and run Angular 2 application.
  2. Open Augury debugger tool.

Additional details:
The Augury debugger is sometimes (but not all the time) still usable after I get this error in my console. Sometimes when it is working, it won't show the state for some components though.
