This PR partially sponsored by @sempervictus

Adds docs for the Cisco post module. Also fixes 2 bugs:

  1. Wasn't properly detecting some output if "Invalid output" was at the end of the output, which could be caused by trailing characters
  2. Wasn't detecting usernames for phones correctly due to non-encoding of the "

See the docs, i've uploaded configs for the two cisco devices I have
