Add HP Data Protector aux module for executing commands on Windows #267

This is based on exploits/linux/misc/hp_data_protector_cmd_exec.rb. The reason why I had to create another one is because the Windows version actually seems to behave differently due to specific Windows API usage. So I had to write one for coverage.

Looks good, just fix up that fist line on the description and merge away!
