Added module for CVE-2012-0708: IBM Rational ClearQuest CQOle ActiveX Control Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Because of the nature of the vulnerability it provides reliable code execution on no DEP browsers but I haven't figured how to take advantage of it with DEP enabled. (See notes at the end of the exploit).
