make office_word_hta backward compat with older Rubies #8354

It uses a keyword that did not appear until ruby 2.3 - some distros still don't have Ruby 2.3 or higher. Note that if you use the omnibus installer, you will always get the latest supported version of Ruby.

Release Notes

Removes a method call in exploit/windows/fileformat/office_word_hta that does not exist in Ruby versions before 2.3.
