The last 2 changes adds code to detect if the buffer returned by the videocore starts with 'error=' and returns -2 if it does. Also added this return value to the usage info. |

Prompted by raspberrypi/documentation#1065, I took the liberty to add some very basic usage to vcgencmd when invoked with no arguments.
