    • Result: Doram Job level on rAthena is 70
    • Expected Result: MAX Doram Job Level in kRO is 60 i think also need SQL upgrade

On https://github.com/llchrisll/ROenglishRE/blob/master/Ragnarok/data/luafiles514/lua%20files/service_korea/ExternalSettings_kr.lub also use job level 60

the llchrisll project ROEnglishRE using actual data from the latest kRO client

NovaRagnarok (private server close to kRO) also use 200/60 for doram https://www.novaragnarok.com/wiki/Doram

Adjusts Summoner max job level to 60 (#5336)

* Fixes #5330.
* Lowers the job level from 70 to 60.
* Includes SQL file to revert any characters that may have gone beyond job level 60.
