GTB effect Blocks Esma to be casted

• Description of Issue:

  • Result:
    Esma can't be cast after meeting the skill cast requirements, WHILE wearing Golden Thief Bug Card.
    I assume that the "Es" pre-quisite casts, are not saved when using a GTB card, as such Esma thinks you're not meeting the casting requirements. But that's just an assumption.
  • Expected Result:
    Golden Thief Bug Card shouldn't block an offensive skill to be casted.
  • How to Reproduce:
  1. Use a Soul Linker or Soul Reaper Class
  2. Cast Estin (or Estun), then Esma. It should work just fine.
  3. Now wear a shield with a Golden Thief Bug Card.
  4. Cast Estin (or Estun), then Esma. Esma can no longer be casted.
