wsclean -gap-channel-division parameter missed #771

There is not the -gap-channel-division in the wsclean cab. This parameter can guarantee output images equally spaced in frequency when multiple MS (flagged in a different way) are used. Could you please add it?

Does the current wsclean version have it?

According to the documentation it is available since wsclean 2.6 and I am sure that is in the 3.1.0 version.
