I think this should fix #5. The index.rst symlink was referring to README rather than README.rst.

Would be awesome if you could cut a release reasonably soon. This is an awesome library I'm keen to integrate into our site. As soon as these Pypi issues are resolved I'll be able to. 😄

@tleach Thanks for the input! I've fixed the symlink and globally rearranged the project layout / packaging aspects, so all should be fixed.

@rbarrois Thanks! We're actually still struggling to integrate semantic_version as it requires setuptools >= 0.8 and we're still on an older version. But hopefully I'll get to roll this out soon.
