Contribution

We encourage contribution from RCOS and the open source community at large. We try to create issues for most features and bugs we plan on implementing. If you find one that you would like to work on or have input on how it should be implemented just comment on the issue. All changes should come in the form of a pull request. Every pull request should be independently tested by the code reviewer before merging into master. Master has release tags used for deployment and every release tag should be a working snapshot of Observatory.
