It looks like the timer node is not sending the configured topic anymore. So my underlying logic is not detecting the event correctly.
I have injected the node manually before the screenshot. Because of that the correct trigger time is not representable, but in this case it fired at the configured timestamp....

  - fixed missing topic from rules #150
  - fixed last until rule will not be evaluated
  - maybe fix of #152

- general
  - for any simple time input added possibility to add time as format `HH:MM UTC` or `HH:MM:SS UTC` to force UTC Format
  - added time calculation by azimuth and elevation (is not fully tested) #148

Version 1.1.1 should fix the problem.
