  • move most of the icons in the side bar to tabs at the bottom like in the facebook app:

    There should be an icon for Home, Profile, Speakers, Contacts and the last icon should the hamburger menu like on the facebook app, this will open the sidebar with the rest of the options.
  • on the schedule screen, move the tab button of each day to the top:
    img_9019
  • on android, make the back button work on all modal dialogs for qr code scanning modals and other modals
