material-top-tabs useEffect return question

hello. when i use material-top-tabs, i want to clean up useEffect function. but, when view blur, useEffect 'return' is not called.
i can't know how can i clean up useEffect function when using material-top-tabs.

useEffect(()=>{

return ()=>{console.log('not called TT')}
},[])

useFocusEffect works
